Casamigos is a small batch, ultra premium tequila made from the finest, hand-selected Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay soil and cool climate of Mexico’s Jalisco Highlands.
To give our tequila its unique flavor and ensure the finest quality, we use traditional pot stills for distillation. The water we use is naturally filtered in our wells to ensure no change in the tequila’s flavor profile.
AGING: Our Blanco rests for two months, while our Reposado is aged seven months in the finest American oak barrels, which have been carefully reconditioned after being used to age premium whiskey.
SLOW COOKING: Our agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours, while most tequilas only do it for seven.
PROPRIETARY YEAST: Our Master Distiller uses a special yeast blend to ensure refined flavor, unlike the commercial yeasts others use.
NO GLYCERIN ADDED: Our refined process ensures a smooth mouth feel with no unnecessary additives.
EXTRA SLOW FERMENTATION: Our unique flavor is a result of an 80 hour fermenting process, compared to the average 48.
